Here's a picture of me in Hawaii when I was younger and met Bernie Kopell, who played Doctor Adam Bricker on The Love Boat. My sister and I saw him in Hawaii when we were kids and we weren't sure it was him, so we'd, like, go and hide a hundred yards away behind a palm tree and yell out: "BERNIE KOPELL!!!" and he'd turn around.

After an hour of this, we went up to him and asked if he was Bernie Kopell and he said yes. Joanna said, "we've been trying to get your attention all day." Bernie said, "Oh, yes, I know." Then we asked if we could take a picture of him and he said of course, but don't we want to be in the picture? So Joanna took a picture of him with me and I took a picture of Joanna and Bernie.

A very young Steve was still too scared, I spotted him hiding behind a palm tree on the other end of the beach, watching us.
