Freschetta

I'm watching TV and there's this commercial for Freschetta frozen pizzas, and did you know this, I had no idea, but those pizzas are made by about 8 Italian chefs in a real clean, large, well lit -- with natural light -- kitchen. It's old school, the chefs are all dressed up with chef's costumes and hats.

Using fresh ingredients, toppings placed on piece by piece, carefully grilled peppers (grilled one at a time), and all the chefs are squinting their eyes, tasting it, going, "yeah, just right, just enough of this and that..."

I would have thought they were done in an assembly line fashion with machines. And, I'll bet these pizzas are reasonably priced too!
