Other Bond Productions

I have not included Never Say Never Again, or either version of Casino Royale in the above section. Other than Connery, Never Say Never Again has nothing to do with the rest of the "series." The rest of the films were MGM, produced by Cubby Broccoli (now his widow Barbara) and/or Harry Saltzman, music done usually by John Barry, with recurring roles for actors: Desmond Llewelyn as Q, Bernard Lee as M, Judi Dench as M, Lois Maxwell as Moneypenny, etc, set designers and directors used more than once. Other people, completely unrelated to the returning Bond series bought the rights to the name and bought Connery's services. Also, it hasn't the feel of the other films. Not to say it is bad, or worse than the others either, though. And it is along the same, if more obvious, lines that both versions of Casino Royale are not considered Bond films. You know what I mean?

Casino Royale (1954)

Casino Royale (1967)

Never Say Never Again (1983)
